이 고급스러운 주택은 경기도 광주시의 부촌인  명문세가의 끝 모서리 대지에 자리 잡고 있다. 이 대지는 내향적이어서 한참 동안 비어 있었다. 대지는 전형적인 경사부지로 한층 정도의 레벨차를 가지고 있다.  대지의 형상을 따라 주택은 사선의 조형성을 띄며, 내부 공간은 극적인 높이의 생활 공간으로 절정에 이르며, 이는 다이내믹한 내 외부의 공간을 구성한다.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     This luxurious house is located on the edge of the Myeongseongsega, a wealthy village in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province. The land was introverted and remained empty for a long time. The land is a typical sloping site with a level difference of about one floor.
